Created for the “Monsignore” and “Principe” bottles, the illustration named “Stones drops” is the synthesis of the formal research between a precious product like the extra virgin oil Bisceglia and its territory. The project takes inspiration from the peculiar stones of the walls that surround and protect the Apulian olive groves, also referring to the oil drops that slowly fluctuate inside the bottle, for a perfect union between soil and oil. In particular, the language for the project “Principe” is enriched by a solid line wrapping the floating elements in a swirling golden dance. In order to obtain the absolute black that protects the oil from sun rays, and to maintain its organoleptic properties, both bottles are entirely treated by ecological painting technologies that help the molecular change of the glass color. Furthermore, the illustration is printed with solvent free glazed colors: features that make both products recyclable and ecologic.
